Refund

In such a situation, you please take picture of that damaged side of the product or package. You will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order any time before the dispatch the order. Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation. NatureNova Herbals Discount vouchers are meant for single use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
